I have read your Terms and Conditions and accept them on behalf of all my party who will reside in the villa, on whose behalf I am duly authorised to make this agreement. I am over 18 years of age. I understand that the 30% should now be paid by cheque on receipt of which the booking will be confirmed in writing.

How to book

A deposit of 30% is required in order to secure the booking. Once we received your booking form and confirm the availability, we will give you the address where to post the cheque to.

The balance plus the refundable security deposit of £500 per week is payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

The changeover day is usually Saturday but can be flexible depending on availability. The arrival time is 4 PM onwards and the departure time is 10 AM.

No smoking policy inside of the property.

The cleaning/bed linen, towels changing is included in the rental fee once per week and prior the arrival.

All extra services: additional cleaning, fridge filing prior to arrival, babysitting, etc. are available through our local English representative on request.
